SHIPPING & DELIVERY ᨒ
The cost of shipping will be calculated based on your location at the time of checkout. We are currently offering calculated shipping in Canada and US. If you are from outside of Canada or the US, please contact us for shipping details.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER ᨒ
Shipment tracking is currently unavailable for domestic orders. The typical timeframe for domestic delivery is 5-15 business days, but can take longer depending on delivery conditions. International orders are sent out with tracked shipping, and can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered to international locations.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS ᨒ
I want to ensure 100% customer satisfaction when an order is placed. If a mistake has been made on my end (i.e. misspelling, wrong font, wrong phone number, etc.) you may wish to return your tag. In this case, I ask that the incorrect order be returned, and I will then issue a full refund. Due to the custom nature of these tags, I cannot provide a return or exchange on an order if you have mistakenly ordered the wrong thing. PLEASE ensure all details of your order are correct (i.e. name, phone number, tag size/shape, design, etc.) before submitting your order!

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR TAG ᨒ
It is important to keep your tag dry. Scuffs and scratches are likely to occur, these blemishes can be buffed with a fine grade steel wool (#0000), and wiped clean with a microfibre cloth and rubbing alcohol to finish. If the writing on your tag starts to fade, you can fill it in with a black permanent marker. Let the ink sit in the grooves for 20-30 minutes, then wipe away using a small amount of rubbing alcohol and a microfibre cloth.

HARDWARE ᨒ
The original (default) hardware for tag orders includes 1x small split ring (to attach the tag to the keyring) and 1x one inch keyring (to attach the tag to the collar). The price of this hardware is included in the price of the tag. If you would like to upgrade your hardware for added security when attaching a tag to your pet's collar, these ID tag clasps are a great option!
Please Note: When you purchase a hardware upgrade, you will not receive the original hardware with your tag. This is to ensure that my supplies aren't being sent out and potentially wasted if they will not be in use. If you would like to also receive the original hardware, please write "yes" in the text field on the tag clasp product page, and I will happily include it with your order!
